This is a request. Please share with me the recipe of this wonderful plum cake/upside down cake. This looks delicious. I am not lucky enough to have a garden full of plums but i sure enjoy a slice of heaven. We do get fresh plums in the super market..blah..boring. Maybe i will just hang some plums in any random tree and enjoy the pleasure of plucking them.
